"The Olympus XZ-1 is a 10MP point and shoot camera with 4x optical zoom lens and a retro-inspired style. The 4x zoom lens provides a 35mm equivalent zoom range of 28-112mm and a bright f/1.8 aperture at the wide end.
The XZ-1 can capture 720p HD video at 30 fps and RAW-format still images. The camera features a sensor-shift image stabilization system, with electronic image stabilization applied during video capture. The XZ-1 also sports a 3-inch OLED monitor with a high 614k resolution.
The Olympus XZ-1 should be available in January 2011 at an initial retail price of $499.99. Check availability on Amazon.com.
